Summary
In the Informatics study I have specialized in information security, knowledge management, implementation and changemanagement (resistance of users on changeprojects) and e-business. During these courses I've used several international standards like ITIL, BiSL, ASL, COBIT, Prince2.
Several examples of projects in which I was the projectleader are;
- An information security investigation in a big (1500+) health care institute
- Developing an information strategy plan for a government agency
- Research to knowledge management; how hypervideo can be used for recording skills from retiring personell in the handcraft industry.
I'm well known with the Joomla! CMS, and of course also with many webstandards like HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL and JavaScript.
